Lisle Teens with Character

Lisle Teens with Character is a teen led group that is a community leader in volunteerism and philanthropy. The program is for students in grades 6 – 12 who reside in DuPage County who are looking to make a difference and build character. LTWC provides the opportunity to socialize with your peers, meet new people, and have a fun time at our monthly meetings and service projects. New members are welcome at any time throughout the year, so stop on by and bring a friend! For additional information feel free to contact LTWC@lisleparkdistrict.org

Babysitting Skills for Success

Learn the characteristics of successful babysitting while taking part in discussion and role-playing activities.  CPR is covered although students will not be "certified."  Student handbook and reference materials are included.  Please bring a doll and a snack.  Each class is two 4-hour sessions. Age: 12-17.

Teens and Fitness

Young adults ages 14 and over may enroll in ALL Lisle Park District fitness classes.  They are also eligible for a Community Park Fitness membership.

Battle of the BandsBattle of the Bands - June 14

Show starts at 12pm

Woodridge Jubilee, across from Woodridge Community Center, 2600 Center Drive

Compete with other local teen bands for the chance to perform in front of hundreds of people at the Illinois State Fair. Winner moves to the regional competition. Winner of regional competition plays at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield Illinois at the Statewide Competition. Each band must submit a demo of at least one song or a link to a website that features a song from your band.
