Bring your basket and come to Community Park for this festive annual tradition! Children will hunt for colorful eggs by age groups (2 & Under, 3-5, 6-10) in different areas of the park. Awesome prizes will be given to those who find the golden eggs. Parents be sure to bring your camera so you can take your kids picture with the Bunny. This is an outdoor event so remember to dress warm for the weather.

Remember the good old days when you were little enough to participate in the Egg Hunt? Well here’s your chance with an added twist! Grab your flashlight, make sure it has fresh batteries, and come join the fun in the dark. We will search for eggs filled with candy.

Lisle's Largest Free Paper Shred Event

Saturday, April 22 from 9:00am-12:00 Noon
Lisle High School Parking Lot - 1800 Short Street, Lisle

Limit of 5 Paper Bags Per Car, No Exceptions. Please bring your paper items ONLY in paper bags. Absolutely NO cardboard boxes or plastic bags will be accepted for shredding.

Lisle's Largest Free Paper Shred EventThe Lisle Park District offers free, secure, on-site paper shredding to residents to drive-up and drop off documents while an on-site industrial shredder destroys the documents into high-security confetti-size pieces at no charge. All shredded material is recycled and you save 17 trees for every ton of paper recycled.

SHREDDER WILL ACCEPT: Documents with paper clips, staples or binder clips, junk mail, envelopes, cancelled checks, etc.

SHREDDER WILL NOT ACCEPT: Plastic, binders, cardboard or other non-paper items.

30th Annual Road Rally

Saturday, April 22 from 3:30-9:00pm

Looking for an adventure? Join us for our 31st Annual Road Rally!

Grab your neighbors and friends to create a team of 4-6 adults per vehicle. You will get a map and bag of clues; you’ll need teamwork, logic and luck to stay on track. Some clues are helpful while others are designed to throw you off course. This exciting and somewhat physically challenging 4-hour scavenger hunt on wheels will test your mind, body and teamwork, so put on your thinking caps and start your engines! At the completion of the rally, teams meet for an awards presentation and socialize at a pizza dinner. Captain’s letters are emailed in April. An email address is required upon registration.

This fun-filled event is coordinated with the Bolingbrook, Downers Grove, Naperville & Woodridge Park Districts.

Take a journey to a galazy far, far away for a night of...

Star Wars themed fun, food, and activities. All young Jedis and their moms should report to Jedi training at the Recreation Center, transformed to Planet Jakku. Costumes are encouraged. If mom isn’t available that night, other special guests are welcome to attend.
