Yoga with Karen
Using Vinyasa flow, the yoga postures instructed in this class consist of blending balance, strength and flexibility with an emphasis on breath and body movement, and the transition between poses. This allows us to bring harmony between body and mind. The class moves through seated, standing, kneeling and recline positions. Just about anyone can practice yoga since this user-friendly class puts an emphasis on advancing slowly and safely by using modifications depending on an individual’s ability. These classes are for both beginner and returning students.
