Community Park Fitness Memberships are open to everyone 10 years & over!

Come work out in a friendly, motivating atmosphere while enjoying a spectacular view of Community Park. Community Park Fitness features a full line of selectorized strength equipment, cardiovascular equipment, and free weights. Membership Age Requirements:

  • Ages 10-13 must be accompanied by and under the constant and immediate supervision of an adult 18 years or older at all times. Only one child/adult.
  • Ages 14 & 15 must complete a short facility orientation before using the facility unsupervised.

*What Makes Up a Family / Couple?
A family is identified as parent(s) and/or any unmarried children under 21 who are living at a single address. We’re sorry, but other relatives, babysitters, nannies, etc. may not be included on the family membership.

A couple is identified as two individuals residing at the same address. Both individuals must show proof of residency in the same household through utility bills, paycheck stubs, driver’s licenses, etc.

Instead of paying all upfront, you pay small monthly payments and have a membership that never expires! No more remembering to renew! Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your Community Park Fitness Membership, please complete the membership cancellation request form and submit it to Mary Liz Jayne at mljayne@lisleparkdistrict.org. All requests must be received two weeks prior to your renewal date.

Have a busy schedule and can’t commit to a regular workout, or maybe you’re considering making a commitment to begin a fitness program? Stop in and purchase a Community Park Fitness electronic punch card to start your healthy lifestyle! Each card has a value of 10 daily visits to the fitness center for a special rate. If you run out of punches you can purchase another 10 visits or choose one of our affordable memberships. The opportunity is yours and the benefits are endless!

FREE SHOE FITTINGS & GAIT ANALYSIS

FREE shoe fitting & gait analysis from Dick Pond, Lisle, on Tuesday, October 16, from 10am-1pm!*
Gait analysis will provide you with essential information about your running style by measuring the degree of pronation. Pronation is the natural inward roll of the foot as the outside part of the heel strikes the ground. By knowing your running style, you will be able to select the right shoes.

*Sign up NOT required. Drop-ins welcome. Open to everyone 14 & up.


FREE INJURY SCREENINGS

FREE injury screens provided by Team Rehab Lisle on Thursday, October 18, from 10am-1pm!
Team Rehab Lisle will be on-site offering injury screenings, as well as providing stretches & exercises to get a jump start on your road to recovery! Team Rehab Lisle is also a sponsor of the annual 5K Scarecrow Scramble Run/Walk and will be providing pre and post race stretching. The 14th annual race takes place on Saturday, October 13, in Lisle Community Park.


FREE AIRROSTI – FOAM ROLLING WORKSHOP

FREE Airrosti – Foam Rolling Workshop by Airrosti Rehab Center, Warrenville on Friday, October 19, from 11:15am-12pm!*
During this free work shop conducted by certified staff at Airrosti Rehab Center, Warrenville, an Airrosti expert will show you several different maneuvers, exercises, and stretches with a foam roller that will help improve your mobility and stability. Whether you are recovering from a recent injury, have chronic pain, or live an active lifestyle, this workshop is for you!
